Analysis of pseudo search intentions

You can use embeddings to analyze a keyword's search intent—that is, what a user is actually looking for when they search. This helps you better understand your users' needs and create content that meets those needs.
For example, if a user searches for "buy running shoes," their intent is clearly transactional, while if they search for "best running shoes 2024," their intent is informational. By understanding search intent, you can create more relevant content and improve your website's ranking in search results.
To analyze pseudo search intent, you can compare the keyword embedding with keyword embeddings that represent different intents, such as "buy," "price," "reviews," "comparison," etc. If the keyword embedding is close to the embedding of "buy," for example, we can infer that the search intent is transactional.
Of course, this approach is in line with this approach. I've called this technique "pseudo" search intent because in many places you might see it as something fixed and indisputable, when it's clear that Google doesn't perform such simple operations to determine search intent, but rather takes into account more factors (including what users do).
Conclusion
Working with embeddings requires significant prior effort and familiarity with this strange technology, which at first sounds so strange. Furthermore, it's not free; you'll pay for it, either in the cost of the APIs that create the embeddings or in the computing power of your computer (which won't be small). However, it offers a number of very important advantages that you can't ignore in today's world.
Embeddings allow us to analyze the meaning of texts in an efficient and scalable way, opening up a range of possibilities for improving content quality, information architecture, and the SEO and SEM of your website.
